[00:01:10] We are a essentially merger and acquisition company founded in 2010
[00:01:14] We've done over 30 acquisitions to date. I came from Qvideon, which is our RFP and proposal automation solution
[00:01:23] working with healthcare organizations essentially to
[00:01:26] Help automate all of those tedious and mundane tasks that you would expect in a bid or an effort
[00:01:33] Collaborating with your subject matter experts getting that content. So at the end of the day, they can spend more time with
[00:01:40] patient
[00:01:41] Needs right love that love that. Thank you
[00:01:44] Yeah, and I'm skip bitch
[00:01:46] Thanks for having me vice president of sales here at upland in our content lifecycle automation business unit
[00:01:51] Which is where all these products reside and I've been with the company for four years
[00:01:55] and
[00:01:56] Overseed the sales operations for the product such as Qvideon and BA insight, which is an enterprise search tool allows you to find that
[00:02:03] Information that Matt just referred to to bring it into the library so that you actually know what you have maintained revision control
[00:02:10] accuracy
[00:02:11] securities and compliance
[00:02:13] DDQs
[00:02:14] Everything that allows the users who are walking the halls today to actually go after more business and win more business for their companies
[00:02:22] That's fantastic and mark. Yeah, our car. He's VP of sales for the inner fact product
[00:02:27] I said cloud based fact service, but we take it much further than that
[00:02:31] We had some smart
[00:02:32] Faxing workflow automation around it so we can capture the images capture the data inside those faxes
[00:02:38] Apply some routing to it and speed up workflows around faxing
[00:02:42] amazing so just like the diversity in ways that
[00:02:46] upland is helping scale and optimize operations is really impressive
[00:02:52] Well, we're here at Hymns and there's a lot of buzz. There's talk about AI. There's machine learning
[00:02:57] There's language models a large language models a lot of buzz out of all that buzz what insight has risen to the top
[00:03:05] I'd like to hear from each one of you. What's one insight? That's risen to the top for you in the meeting thus far
[00:03:10] Yeah, absolutely. I'll jump in first of all if you're not talking about
[00:03:15] Gen AI you're missing the boat and I will say that our offerings that involve and include gen AI are pretty amazing across the board
[00:03:22] We're trying to stay on top of what's happening. It's turnkey
[00:03:26] It's happening so fast keeping up with the market in and of itself is a challenge
[00:03:30] But what we do is try to help our customers and our prospects get the answers that they need faster and get their
[00:03:37] Workflow reduced the load get that reduced quicker so that they can go back to doing things in their important and daily life
[00:03:44] Yeah, I think I'd also add to that
[00:03:47] It is a huge buzz right now too, but it's not new right so we've been incorporating
[00:03:52] AI and machine learning in our solutions for years, right?
[00:03:56] So it's really this new large language models that you're referring to is opening some new doors
[00:04:02] But it isn't new right so it's just making sure that it's being implemented soundly securely ethically
[00:04:07] And making sure that it's providing the right tools right services within those tools love that
[00:04:14] Thank you for that. Yeah similar with facts. It's a painful thing sometimes vaccines still prevalent to help care obviously
[00:04:20] It's a growing market for us, but we often get asked how do we make it better?
[00:04:23] How do we make it faster so that I don't have to have a team of folks monitoring the facts is we do that with some smart
[00:04:29] Workflow automation things we add a little machine learning to it as well
[00:04:32] but we can ingest that information apply capture and and
[00:04:36] Routing rules around it and and make facts a lot smarter and faster
[00:04:41] Amazing well the one thing that you that everybody talks about is trust would verify at this moment in time
[00:04:47] There are so much information and the accuracy of that shouldn't be taken for granted
[00:04:53] So I think there is a complexity of the information ingesting it and making sure that's accurate before you do something with it
[00:04:59] That's great. And just another theme that is consistent here is
[00:05:04] Security right and so Matt skip you guys touched on that talk to us about security in light of the change health cares of the world
[00:05:11] How are you guys thinking about that for your products?
[00:05:15] And why should customers feel comfortable utilizing your upland work? Yeah the implementation of any ji solution, right?
[00:05:23] It's it needs to be secure. It needs to not help the training of other solutions, right first and foremost
[00:05:29] It's only looking at the content that's already approved within the cubidian library the concerns about patent rights and things like that
[00:05:37] Right make sure that it's looking at the content already been approved
[00:05:41] And the other thing too is you got to understand that best practices while we were creating new content that is
[00:05:47] Generated through AI it still needs to be reviewed, right?
[00:05:50] Make sure there's a process a tool in a process in place that can then verify that information, right?
[00:05:56] It needs to go to someone to make sure the answer is correct
[00:05:59] It's because these are oftentimes legally binding document again
[00:06:03] It's just going back to that trust but verify and making sure that it's implemented securely love it
[00:06:08] And I think from my perspective what's very important is security trimming so that if someone is
[00:06:13] Utilizing our software that they don't have access to something that they normally wouldn't have
[00:06:17] So if you didn't have the authority and approval to see something at the onset of any type of search any type of activity
[00:06:24] You're not going to get it through the use of our tools
[00:06:26] We take that data protection very seriously and so we ensure that there is no risk to that data
[00:06:31] Going out somebody that shouldn't have access to it of it and mark any thoughts are on the security on facts
[00:06:36] Yeah, obviously facts is still one of the most trusted forms of communication to health care
[00:06:41] That's why I continues to grow year-over-year
[00:06:43] But people compliance is a big thing for us
[00:06:45] Obviously there are some smaller players in the facts market that might be a little more risky in certain things around
[00:06:51] Facting important that you're working with a trusted provider like upland that's been doing faction for 20 plus years. So yeah, appreciate that
